Nike does it right

Nike's Just-in-Time training strategy has driven sales in stores by 2%.

By focusing attention on quality, speed, consistency, and relevance of learning, Nike's online training efforts have shown significant early results with a minimum of a 2% increase in dollars in sell-through at participating retail locations."
